Employers have until December 1, 2016 to comply with the new Fair Labor Standards Act exemptions. Is your business ready? Join Melanie M. Dunajeski and Shelbie J. The Department of Labor estimates 4.2 million workers will be affected by the new regulations – chances are employees in your business will be some of these workers.
