Project Coordinator - Live Events

As part of our production team, you’ll be the organizational powerhouse—managing timelines, wrangling details, and keeping everyone in sync from first concept to live event. You’ll work alongside creative, technical, and logistics pros to ensure every event runs flawlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about Trinity, what we do and why we do it.
  • Keep projects on track by managing schedules, budgets, and client inventory
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Maintaining relationship with UPS and freight vendors, including handling of cases
  • Assist with logistics – travel, permits, deliveries
  • Be on-site to support set-up, live operations, and tear-down
  • Track expenses and provide post-event reports
  • Maintain office organization, professional work environment and functionality
  • Assist management with projects when assigned
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional appearance
  • Travel (less than 10% for the 1st year)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of coordination experience (live events or related field preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
  • Netsuite or ERP/CRM experience a bonus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Valid State Issued Driver’s License
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to travel
  • Ability to learn new processes and make changes to streamline workflow
