Nicole Walters serves as a board member for the Gatehouse Recovery Home for Women, a sober living organization dedicated to supporting women in recovery. With 17 years of experience working for the Indiana Department of Child Services, she also has an extensive background working with several nonprofits and sober living facilities. A graduate of the Institute of Innovative Leadership and Leadership of Northwest Indiana, Nicole is passionate about building relationships with community providers and businesses, while highlighting the purpose and benefits of recovery organizations. She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, with an expected graduation in December 2024.
