Gibson is a private, employee owned insurance brokerage firm headquartered in South Bend with 5 offices in Indiana and Michigan. We focus on Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty lines. My area of expertise is employee benefits, specifically helping small, medium and large businesses manage their healthcare spend.

Gibson has expertise in leading employers away from fully insured healthcare to self-funded plans. This transition typically yields initial savings and lower increases going forward. Importantly, it also gives business owners more control over how their employees access our healthcare system.
