My name is Fran and I have been in the child care industry since 1995 where I started, and still have, a child care facility in Illinois. In 2021, I purchased an existing child care facility in Schererville and we have been growing with staff and enrollment, even through the pandemic. I am a proud mom of three children and am also a grandma to one grandson. I like to travel, spend time with my family and drive my Mustang. For 11 years I was involved in the theatre group for my kids' high school as the president of their booster club.
I have my AS degree in Early Childhood Education, BS Healthcare Administration, and my MBA.
In my child care, I promote positive reinforcements, creativity and individuality. I strive to be a positive role model for my staff, families and community. I will help where I can, when I can in any capacity.
